Seiko Alpha 1024HG-L Printhead | High-Speed Industrial Inkjet Head
The Seiko Alpha 1024HG-L printhead is a compact industrial piezo head for coding, marking and graphics systems using oil, UV or solvent ink. Its 1,024 active nozzles can run one colour at 360 npi or two colours at 180 npi, helping machine builders increase productivity without doubling the number of printheads.
Why choose the Seiko 1024HG print head
SII Printek positions the 1024HG series as a space-saving grayscale industrial inkjet printhead for fast coding and marking. The integrated damper, multi-directional operation and single- or dual-colour layout make it suitable for custom printer integration.
Single- or dual-colour output
Run one colour at 360 npi or two colours at 180 npi from one compact printhead.
Industrial ink support
The manufacturer lists oil, UV and solvent ink families. Every formulation still requires compatibility and waveform testing.
Stable motion performance
An integrated ink damper supports operation under vibration and carriage acceleration or deceleration.
Flexible system interface
The official interface combines a parallel drive interface with I2C-compatible serial communication.
