SKYCUT D24 Dual Head Cutting Plotter | Box Making Machine & Crease and Cut
Key Points
- ✓True dual head design — cut and crease in one workflow for faster box making and packaging samples
- ✓2000g force handles cardstock and board as a practical cardboard box cutter and heavy-duty vinyl cutter
- ✓Compact 560 mm cutting width for cartons, custom packaging boxes, stickers, and everyday vinyl cutting
If your shop needs more than a basic vinyl cutting plotter, the SKYCUT D24 Dual Head Cutting Plotter is built for daily finishing work. Use it as a compact box making machine for cartons and rigid boxes samples, or as a reliable vinyl machine for stickers, signs, and heat transfer jobs — all from one sturdy metal-body machine by Skycut India.
Two independent heads let you crease and cut in the same job. That means cleaner fold lines for custom packaging boxes, plus accurate die-cuts for vinyl sticker sheets. A camera contour system, large touchscreen, and plug-and-play setup make this a practical best plotter choice for sign shops, packaging studios, and print finishers.
Dual Head Crease and Cut — Compact Box Making Power
Most single-head cutters force you to swap tools between scoring and cutting. The D24 dual head setup keeps a blade and creasing tool ready, so box making dielines and rigid boxes prototypes finish faster. The same compact machine also handles everyday cutting vinyl, kiss-cut labels, and printed graphics without slowing your day.
A simple vinyl cutter is fine for small decals. When you need half-cut, full-cut, fold lines, and packaging samples in one room, you want a multi-purpose vinyl plotter. The D24 is that machine — a compact cardboard box cutter and packaging tool that still works as a solid vinyl cutting plotter for daily shop jobs.
